Minecraft skin VortexSlayer_

This is the Minecraft skin of the player "VortexSlayer_", it was created in the Steve model (4px classic hands), this skin has a new format in 64x64 resolution. The player has a cloak, which may be available in non-official launchers. Unfortunately, we do not yet know of any other Minecraft names with the same skin.
